Order Process and Handling Time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

We fulfill orders from Monday to Saturday of a week.

About Cutoff Time

Our cutoff time is 7:00 p.m. in Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+08:00), we will no longer process orders received after that time of one day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.

If you have not got your package based on the above estimates, you should submit a ticket to our support center. And We will give you a delivery deadline and then provide an alternative.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

The different shipping times may be impacted during the public holidays, couriers, and manufacturers and will restrict the operations at these times; this is out of our control. However, our services resume instantly after each holiday.

It may take some business days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier system. If the information is not on the website, you may try again sometime later.
