Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 business days, for any reason you can return your item to us within 30 business days of delivery. No questions asked.

We don’t require a handling fee for return and exchange.

If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please contact us at within 24 hours upon receiving your package with your order number, reasons, and photo proofs. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If your order was placed after 4 pm EST, the processing will begin on the next day. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, SARAH'S WHISPER reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We do not accept refunds on any customized pieces or lost return packages. Please kindly note that due to circumstances and policies caused by the pandemic (COVID-19), there may be a general or regional delay in shipping, and we regretfully decline any demands for a refund based on this reason.

To return your product, you should mail your product directly to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Please know that the shipping fee of the returned product is not covered by SARAH'S WHISPER. Though our return policy is in full effect, your original shipping costs are not included as refundable.


'When the returned product is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or another payment method, within a certain amount of business days.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
